The Easy Rider is an integrated wheelchair control system. It allows the user not only to control his powered wheelchair, but also several on and off chair devices with only one input device (joystick). Users with limited possibilities can now discover a new way of independence. The big advantage is that the display of the control system can also be used stand-alone. So even when the user is outside his powered wheelchair, he can still enjoy the use of his Easy Rider system. The Easy Rider system is compatible with most powered wheelchairs.

HMC International has developed some unique environmental control modules. These modules can be controlled by the Display of the Easy Rider system or by any other system, that is capable of learning the HMC infrared codes. Furthermore we also distribute some infrared receivers (X10, BEAM-IT etc...), which can be used to complete the picture.

HMC International has a number of unique input devices like the Mini Joystick, Finger Joystick, Chincontrol etc.., these devices can be directely contected to the OMNI+, DX, MEYRA or MKIV control system of the wheelchair.

HMC International offers several types of electronic switches like the soundswitch, touch contacts, etc.

Several mounting devices are available to support our product range: mounting arm for display, micro mounting arm, support for chin control, etc.

We also offer some additional products and tools like a handheater, a USB joystick-mouse interface, etc.
